1.4.0

Release Date: 3/12/2025

New Features:

  • Trips Logs

Each vehicle trip will now have logs associated with it. These “Trip Logs” will provide context to what is currently happening on the device. The logs are able to viewed “live” whilst a device is online, additionally, each “complete” trip will have its logs viewable to see a history of any issues which may have occurred during a trip.

  • Trip Status

In addition to the “Trip Logs”, each trip will display the current status of an active trip and complete trips. There are three distinct statuses (Green, Yellow, and Red) which will be indicated by a corresponding color and icon against the trip. These statuses will provide a simple way to quickly see if there are issues or not within a given trip.

  • OBD MF4 recording

Recording of Mode1 OBD (cyclical) data into MF4 files is now supported.

  • XCP_On_Ethernet (XCP_ON_TCP / XCP_ON_UDP) time-stamping

Added the ability to record the timestamp sent from the ECU when starting an XCP_On_Ethernet session.

Improvements:

  • Updated MF4 file transfer logic to better organize MF4 files in Data Lakes

  • Added improved error messages in Event Machine

  • Improved configuration handling from device

  • Improved trips sorting

  • Improved the way statuses are sent when there is no configuration assigned to a vehicle

Bug Fixes:

  • Updated XCP read loop logic, there were cases where if the RCU was overloaded, it could result in a DAQ timeout

  • Fixed an issue where if no signals were selected in a given message, the telemetry stream was created for those signals, however, they were never transmitted. They will no longer be created if de-selected

  • Fixed an issue regarding telemetry data processing pipeline functions running out of memory due to excessive logging
