Bug Fixes:
- Fixed dashboard-server migrations failing to install or configure the datasource server on existing instances
- Fixed OBD and MF4 output issues involving signal masks, active plugin dictionaries, J1979 plugin groups, repeating InfoType records, and MDF master-time signals
- Fixed device status history growing without bound; repeated messages are collapsed and history is capped while preserving overflow counts
- Fixed duplicate J1979 InfoType channel names, so ECU acronyms and names are exposed as distinct signals
- Fixed OBD signals from one snapshot cycle receiving different timestamps
- Fixed RCU system telemetry using mismatched plugin versions, missing dynamic disk and network tags, and incorrectly parsed cellular IDs
- Measurement configuration names are now included in dashboard telemetry tags
- RCU system telemetry now uses the current plugin dictionary and compact sorted format consistently across the device and backend
