New Features / Improvements:

Added Telemetry Trigger for CAN

• Increases the size of experiments that can be recorded with CAN and sent through the telemetry stream

Added mechanism for logger to recover from Hardware faults

• In rare cases the WI-Fi and canfd3 controller could get into a fault state. This mechanism will automatically resolve these rare issues and add the flexibility to recover from other edge case scenarios

Bug Fixes:

FIxed an issue where telemetry buffer could have errors

• In rare cases the telemetry buffer stored on the device could have issues, there is now a mechanism to upload these corrupted files for recovery.

Fixed an issue where telemetry rates where not being interpreted properly

• Telemetry rates would send at their fastest rate - this is no longer the case

Fixed an issue with the Device Details Dashboard

• The updated Device Details Dashboard using rcuinfo has been refined and cleaned up
